-- Is it sad that I want to see the Spice Girls? I know a few other people that do but I still feel like a HUGE loser. It's a good thing they're not coming to Detroit, because I'd probably go. It's probably the nostalgia talking but I loved the 90s. Those were good times. I want to go back.

-- So I finally thought of a semi-descent name for my graphic community and I made it but now I feel really stupid because I don't know how to change the layout and make it all pretty. CSS confused the heck out of me. I don't know how I managed to get through my web creations class or how I'm going to get through web creations 2 next semester. So I'm confused and the community is just sitting there.

-- I started to watch Bones the other day. Loved this line:
Booth: We're Scully and Mulder
Brennan: I don't know what that means.

-- Writer's strike needs to end. I want my shows.

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
Mine was pretty good, I went to my mom's finacee's brother's place, watched football, played cards, and charades. It was pretty fun. Then after, at around midnight, some of us went to meijer to buy tvs that were on sale for 500 bucks. So we have a new tv now. It wasn't fun staying up till 5 am to get it though. After we got home I just crashed into bed and slept till 3 pm.
I went to their house again today and I had a charade rematch, chicks vs. dudes. For some it was a scarring experience.

1. My last day of drivers training. I am hyped. I still have to drive another hour and do my driving test but I'll be done with the actual class time.
2. Last day of school this week. It'll be the first break I've had since the summer.
3. We start on HUMAN anatomy in my anatomy class. I did really badly on the zoology part, but it won't be on the midterm so I'm good.
4. House is on.
5. I can sleep in.

The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday. I was at home and all of a sudden out of nowhere I got really dizzy and felt like I was going to puke. Then when the feeling passed I felt extremely emotional and for absolutely no reason at all I started crying. It was just so weird. I don't know it was kind of scary too. I skipped school today I was really tired.

So being the lazyass I am, I just started driver's ed a week ago. Yep. I should have started about two years ago but I was lazy. But today I went on my first drive, ever, not as hard as I thought it would be. I think I did pretty well :D Surprisingly the instructor didn't yell at me. I had heard he yells a lot.
I've been so busy and tired lately. I wish I could get a day off and do something fun. Driver's ed takes up a lot of my time. Oh I started writing again but I haven't had a lot of time to write so I've only got less than a chapter down. And I'm reading a books again! Right now I'm reading "1st to die" by James Patterson. I read his other book Maximum Ride but I didn't like it very much.
I might post my story later, once I get it typed up.

Sorry guys I haven't updated in a week! It took me a few days to get my internet for my new computer working. I'm going to get around to reading everyone's entries tomorrow.
Halloween was amazing, I went trick or treating with my little brother and it was pretty fun. I love the people who go all out for Halloween with the decorations. This one guy had a Chucky doll and it was so freaky, because that doll scares the crap out of me.
I also went to a haunted house with a few friends. It was really fun, it was called Erebus and it's supposed to be the biggest haunted house in the world. It felt short though but I think we ran through a lot of it. I screamed A LOT.
I really enjoy Halloween for some reason. It's probably my favorite holiday in the year.

I missed Grey's and 30 Rock today :( I'll catch up online.

People really suck sometimes.

So I was surfing around the internet and I came across this one person asking if his sister should be able to date a [insert racial slur here]. Then this person goes on about their proud genes and how the guy will pollute it. He goes on about how angry he is and opened minded . Then he uses another racial slur.
I know that the world isn't perfect and there will always be racism. But I'm pretty mad about it.

Eugh. Anyway.
I bought a new computer today, a HP desktop. I'm so glad to be getting rid of the one I have now which is like 5+ years old. I just have to find the energy to move my old pc out and set up my new one.

1) I was kind of disappointed that there wasn't a fight between Callie and Izzie. My money would have been on Callie.
2) Cristina was a little harsh, well a lot harsh but I don't really like Lexie so I really had no problem with it.
3) Alex/Izzie. WTF. Wasn't that kiss from like early season 3?
4) Izzie has really been getting on my nerves, with the whole adultery thing. But I really think she deserved what Callie and Alex said. I would feel ashamed of her too.

Anatomy of a Squid

In anatomy class we had to dissect a squid. So the whole hour I had the smell of fish in my nose and I thought I was going to throw up, I just can't stand the smell of fish. But the actually dissection wasn't that bad though I wish I had brought gloves. We took out the ink sac and mouth thing. There's like a pen thing in the squid too, it was like those feather pens they used back then. And you could actually write with the pen found in the squid with the ink sac. I got to use a scalpel! It was kind of scary cutting into the squid though I thought I was going to do something wrong or cut badly. But I did fine, I got an A in the lab :)

Speaking of anatomy I gotta catch up on Grey's and Private Practice.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. There were some family issues, that I don't want to go into.
I'm going to read through everyone's entries tonight I swear.
I've decided not to go on the Latin trip to all those wonderful European cities :( I really want to go but I can't.

Okay so I caught up to most of the season premieres.

4.01 A change is going to come
Okay so I was really impressed. Grey's was starting to loose my interest but the premiere was great.
I can't believe that George told Izzie that he loved her. He's a terrible husband especially when Callie needs him. George used to be so sweet. I hope Callie isn't pregnant, I have a feeling that she is. I don't like this Callie-George-Izzy triangle, it's wayyy too much like Meredith-Derek-Addison.
I loved the Mark and Derek moment. Best moment of the episode.
Poor Cristina. I wish Burke hadn't gotten himself kicked off the show.
I don't like new characters but I guess Lexie's alright. I don't really like her or hate her.

4.01 Alone
Hugh Laurie was amazing. He is a great guitarist. I love how Wilson stole House's guitar. The janitor thing was pretty great. "Maybe it's Lupus."
And so much Cuddy/House scenes, I nearly died. Hmmm I don't think House took any vicodin the whole episode. Amazing episode, expect some icons from me soon.
I can't wait until tomorrow!

I honestly didn't like Private Practice. I love Addie but the episode was boring. I don't have much to say about it, I wasn't exactly paying attention. I hope she comes back to Seattle Grace. I'll give PP another shot Wednesday.

The premiere of 30 rock is this week :)

Second day of school

Today was the second full day of school and I'm already sick of it.
My classes are alright. I've got pretty tough classes this semester. Precalc will be hard but I'll manage. I already regret signing up for Anatomy. Our first assignment is to read this article online, but it's huge and most of the terms I don't understand and we have a quiz tomorrow on it. I knew I should have picked astronomy.
I'm also taking Latin. There's a class trip for a week sometime in February. We get to go to Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento, Athens are a few other places. I really really want to go but the cost is $2500 or more, which is money I don't have at the moment. I hope I can find someway to get some money. I've always wanted to go to Europe, especially Rome and Athens.

Oh I love Kathy Griffin. She's so great <3

If I ever invent a time machine and I could go back in time and change one moment, it would be yesterday. I thought it would be okay at first but now I feel so so guilty, and terrible. I'm so disappointed in myself. I really hate me right now. I think I lost a friend and my self respect. I just can't get it off my mind. My self conscious has been eating at me all day, I got absolutely no sleep at all. Sorry about all the emo-ness. Hopefully I'll be able to get through this. I just really need something to get my mind away from what happened.
Does anyone have any good/exciting/any news?

So I think my grandma took her brother's death okay. She hasn't talked about it, which I don't think is a good thing but what can you do? She went back home to Canada the other day to visit some of her friends or something, she was kind of vague about it. I hope she's alright.

On a lighter note I got my hair cut pretty short, and I really don't like it. I miss my long hair.

I'm back from Florida :D

So I managed to get two pictures while I was there, I have a some pics of me underwater but those need to get developed.

1st picture is of South Beach, 2nd was a picture taken on the way from Key Biscayne, which was really nice. We went kayaking and snorkeling. There was this really cute instructor guy, but I can't remember his name for the life of me. Snorkeling was really fun I saw some really really weird fish, the weirdest probably being the cow fish. Oh and I almost stepped on a string ray, it was freaky. It was amazing how much life is down there, and how much trash people dump in the ocean. People are such idiots sometimes.

So today I came across this awesome website, Threadless. I already bought three shirts :)

I've done absolutely nothing exciting in the past week, it's been a lazy week.
I watched Transformers the other day and The Simpson's movie. Transformers is the best movie I've seen this summer, you guys should go see it if you haven't already. The Simpson's was pretty funny, Spider pig is love.
Also I'm going to Florida on Sunday! I'm kind of scared though, I hate planes. I know it's like the safest way to travel, I guess I just have an irrational fear of planes and heights.

So I'm back from Chicago, I went 3 days ago, I just forgot to mention it.
I SAW WICKED!! I've seriously wanted to see this musical for over a year now, and I was not disappointed. It was fantabulous. My seat wasn't that great I was up close but off to the side, but it was the last ticket. It was worth the 5 hour drive to Chicago and 5 hour drive back home.
The rest of the trip wasn't that great, the Cubs lost against the Diamondbacks, and the rest of the time was spent wandering around downtown.

I saw harry potter with a few friends the other day :]

I thought OotP was kind of boring (the book) I didn't actually finish the book but I got pretty far into it. But the movie was alright. I was kind of disappointed with Sirius' death, for a second I didn't know what happened, I kind of expected something better, I guess.
I don't really understand the prophecy part, why did Voldemort want to get it?

So after the movie I went out of the theater to wait for my ride, and two of my friends were there and two other kids that go to my school. I go over and say hi, they were smoking, they were clearly not 18. I cop car passed by, nothing happened. Then my friends leave, the cop passes by again this time he stops and asks me if I saw 4 kids. I said I did, and that they left.
My friends are such idiots, who smokes, underage, in a public place?

I got a little sun burnt in SC but other than that I had a good time. No pictures though, my mom like ripped my camera apart, literally. She took off the whole lens. Now I have to buy a new one.
I have a few more days of art class and I'll be finished. It's a relief actually. All the other people in the class are a lot better than me but I don't let it bother me too much.
